Our Approach
Our initial meeting with you begins with a 15 minute
review of our services, our approach, and what you can expect:
- We like to meet all parties, when applicable, at the initial meeting.
- We want you to know who we are and what we do.
- We want to know what you're interested in.
- We want to know if you've acquired other estimates yet (sometimes, if we are 3rd or 4th in line, we don’t want to sound like a broken record).
- We want you to know that each estimate is not always “Apples to Apples”.
- We complete a detailed measure of the project, and depending on the size, give you an estimate the same day.
Things to remember:
- Be careful of the bait and switch.
- We are not the company that have salesmen that refuse to leave and keep pushing the contract in front of you.
- We are a "no hassle" company...guaranteed!
All of our contractors are background checked through a national company, and a customer can expect a professional to be on site whenever there is work to be performed. Owners are always allowed on site as projects move forward.
You can expect an allotted time at the end of each day for work site clean up and any questions that might have come up.
Payment in full is not due until the customer is satisfied with the results and the job is complete. Keeping you informed and happy throughout the
construction process is our ultimate goal.
